Motivation and Coaching to move, be strong and live a full life.

I have been a licensed Personal Trainer for 9 years and Licensed Health Coach for 4 years. In that time, I have worked with general fitness, weight loss and gain, improving flexibility, pre - during and post pregnancy training, movement and functional training and strength training.

I believe in a multi discipline approach to training, both to keep things interesting plus it is a time efficient method to keep the body fit and healthy. As a health coach, a wholistic approach to health and wellness is also part of my practice.

I include elements of traditional weight training, endurance (cardio respiratory) training using circuits, calisthenics (body weight training) and marry that with flexibility training borrowed from yoga and pilates. I am also conversant and experiment with not so traditional weight training equipment with a particular love for kettlebell training.

What is important is a positive approach to wellness, and my job is to motivate, coach and train so that it is as personal to you as it is to me.

Med en PT får du ett individanpassat träningsschema som passar dig och din livssituation. I det första kostnadsfria mötet får du berätta om dig själv och det du vill uppnå. Därefter sätter vi upp en plan som dag för dag tar dig närmare målet.
