Hi, I'm Anthony Perna — and I'm excited to be your new personal trainer here at Novavägen!

Fitness has been a part of my life for over a decade. During this time, I’ve explored, experimented, and refined my approach to building a strong, athletic, and most importantly sustainable physique. My goal is to help you do the same — not with quick fixes or unrealistic routines, but with a clear strategy, proper guidance, and a strong foundation in both training and nutrition.

I know how overwhelming it can feel when you're just starting out, or even when you're deep into your fitness journey and motivation starts to fade. That’s where a personal trainer can make all the difference — to bring structure, clarity, and renewed energy to your workouts.

My coaching focuses on:

Strength training for muscle hypertrophy and long-term body transformation

Fat loss protocols, warm-ups, and effective mobility work

Free weight training, with a heavy emphasis on proper technique to ensure every movement engages the right muscles

And most importantly: helping you train with purpose, precision, and enjoyment.

Beyond the gym, I bring a deep passion for nutrition. I don’t believe in restrictive eating or cutting out the joy of food. Instead, I educate you on how to make informed, delicious, and sustainable choices — backed by the science of how food affects your body on a biochemical level.

Med en PT får du ett individanpassat träningsschema som passar dig och din livssituation. I det första kostnadsfria mötet får du berätta om dig själv och det du vill uppnå. Därefter sätter vi upp en plan som dag för dag tar dig närmare målet.
