I’m Santiago Chaparro Lozada, I’m 27 years old. I’ve always loved taking care of my health, eating right and being active, I specialize in strength training, martial arts, and calisthenics. My goal as a personal trainer is to help people reach their fitness goals and unlock their true potential, break through barriers to become mentally and physically stronger.

With years of experience across multiple disciplines, I believe that anything is possible with the right mindset and dedication. Whether you’re looking to build strength and muscle, improve cardiovascular health, lose body fat, optimize your nutrition, or take care of your overall well being, I’ll provide the guidance and motivation you need.

I offer a variety of training methods based on your preferences, including weight lifting, bodyweight training, weighted calisthenics, and self defense.

Together, we can build a strong and healthy body through the right combination of training and nutrition, allowing you to gain muscle and lose fat effectively.

I can guide you in both English and Spanish during your training sessions.

Med en PT får du ett individanpassat träningsschema som passar dig och din livssituation. I det första kostnadsfria mötet får du berätta om dig själv och det du vill uppnå. Därefter sätter vi upp en plan som dag för dag tar dig närmare målet.
